I was a little worried it wouldn’t turn out because I used tempeh made from black eyed peas (that didn’t smell great as it was cooking) and Lion’s mane mushrooms (kinda smooshy). But I was wrong! Just got the brand of the local supermarket (Albert Heijn). But I live in The Netherlands, so maybe it just tastes different here ;)
